Yes, property management fees are generally considered tax-deductible. We recommend consulting with your accountant to ensure you are following the appropriate procedures.
How do you choose a good tenant?
We have a database of previous tenants that we contact if the right property comes up.
Otherwise, we conduct a rigorous selection process, including:

How long on average is a property empty between tenants?
